MKG Floral LLC strives to create custom creations that fit the needs of each unique client. To facilitate this creative process, we have outlined our policies and offerings below. We look forward to working with you and bringing the beauty of nature to your special day. 

• We will provide a Google Document questionnaire on event requirements during and after our initial contact to better understand your vision and floral preferences. If you are uncertain about which flowers to choose, we are eager to assist you in selecting and designing the perfect floral arrangements.
• We work with a local supplier to provide you with flowers from around the globe, but we are also honored to use local flowers from our gardens when possible. (Silk wedding arrangements are also available, January -March).
• Following the initial free consultation and acceptance of the floral design plan, securing your date will require a $50 save-the-date fee. 
• Changes to the design can be made up to one month prior to the wedding. (this may impact the price of the wedding)
• A down payment of 50% is required one month prior to the event. The outstanding balance must be settled on or before the event day. We accept cash, checks, and Venmo payments.
• Please keep in mind that the size of the event and the types of flowers selected determine the pricing.
• The quote provided is all-inclusive, encompassing floral design, flowers, labor, delivery, setup, and tax fees.
  
• In the event that a vase, container, display, or accessory is lost or stolen additional fees will be incurred. 
• We also create floral wreaths and table arrangements for holidays and special events upon request.
